- Call homeowners with specific home improvement needs
- Set qualified appointments while meeting performance goals
- Work a fixed schedule (you choose your hours within company availability)
- Prior outbound call center experience (appointment setting preferred)
- Strong listening skills and professional phone manner
- Able to talk on the phone while using a computer for long periods
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
- Florida residency required
- Competitive hourly pay + increase after 30 days
- Paid training (online/virtual)
- PTO after 90 days – part-time or full-time
- Headset provided
- High-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi)

Our clients utilize our seasoned representatives to make outbound calls on their behalf to qualify the inquiries they receive from any number of sources. We call verify these leads and transfer the interested prospects to their call centers.
